Review of Sunrise HotelAs a wildlife conservationist and safari guide from Nairobi, I have stayed at numerous accommodations across East Africa. The hotel's location is good; however, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance was evident throughout my five-day stay. Room service proved to be a challenge-an hour turnaround for basic requests was frustrating. The air conditioning was inconsistent, leading to uncomfortable nights amidst frequent blackouts. On top of that, the breakfast service was delayed unless I prompted the reception multiple times. While the hotel offers amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, these do not outweigh the operational inefficiencies. It's essential to weigh the luxury of location against these shortcomings. My recommendation: consider other options for a more satisfying experience.
